Fair Food Network Annual Report & Social Media Campaign Design
2026
Partnering once again with the Fair Food Network to design their latest annual report and social media campaign is always rewarding. With a quick-turnaround deadline, our established rapport allowed us to move swiftly through the data-heavy layout and digital assets without sacrificing the thoughtful, human-centered design their mission deserves.
Working from a live document of raw content and imagery, EmSi Design efficiently sifted through the materials to deliver a comprehensive 32-page report along with 15 tailored social media assets.
If your organization has a big story to tell and a tight timeline to meet, EmSi Design would love to help you bring it to life.

Social Media Design
EmSi Design created custom social media post ads designed to match the final annual report. The goal is keeping branding consistent and audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook engaged.
32-Page Annual Digital & Print Report
The client provided copy in a working Google Doc alongside image assets, and EmSi Design transformed it into a fully designed annual report — print-ready for mailing to supporters and optimized digitally for the web.

From Local Print to Social Campaign
Managing the production from concept to completion, the finalized report was sent to Print Tech, a trusted local printer in Ann Arbor, ensuring flawless execution on press. The team's timeline was very tight including a one week design period and one week edit, reviewing period before going to print.
The moment the file went to print, the focus shifted to cross-platform campaign integration. To support the Fair Food Network marketing team for the launch, we rapidly translated the new report design into a suite of 15 social media assets and custom email header banners. This seamless handoff provided the client with a unified, cohesive visual presence across both print and digital touch points exactly when the report debuted.
This project was negotiated as a per hour free with a maximum estimated amount of hours.
